DVA Household Services can provide compensation for reasonably required household tasks when an accepted service-related condition makes those tasks difficult. DVA assesses the need and specifies the approved services, frequency and financial limits.

If you live in a two-storey home or have windows that require specialist equipment, we will help you understand what is included in your compensation. Additional work may be possible with a gap payment, which we will explain clearly if needed.

Eligibility for DVA Window Cleaning
You may be eligible if:
- You hold a DVA Gold or White Card with a service-related condition

- There is no one else in your home who can reasonably do it for you
